Big Safety Tests Loom for SpaceX's Manned Dragon Space Capsule

SpaceX continues to make strides with its entry in NASA's commercial crew competition, a seven-passenger capsule called Dragon. The company is planning two big tests of Dragon's launch-abort system, one in November and the other in January.
