Latest rocket explosion raises questions about SpaceX program

The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket exploded over the Atlantic Ocean Sunday shortly after launch from Cape Canaveral. It is the third failed cargo launch in eight months. The rocket was carrying food, experiments and a new spacesuit, among other cargo. Vladimir Duthiers reports on what went wrong.
