Yao-Wen Huang Chosen as Institute of Food Technologists Fellow

Yao-Wen Huang, Professor at the University of Georgia, was elected Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Fellow in 2009 for conducting innovative food safety and product development research on underutilized food sources and for promoting international cooperation and technology transfer to domestic and international food agencies.
