Ken Buckle, Emeritus Professor, University of New South Wales, was elected Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Fellow for more than 30 years of service to the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (an IFT affiliate organization) and for his commitment to teaching and promoting food safety.
