John D. Floros Chosen as Institute of Food Technologists Fellow

John D. Floros, Professor and Head of the Department of Food Science, at Pennsylvania State University, was elected Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Fellow in 2009 for his contributions to the field of Food Engineering and Packaging and for being an advocate for IFT and the food science profession.
