Strong quake rattles remote northwest Pakistan

A strong earthquake struck northwest Pakistan Tuesday, the US Geological Survey said, with tremors felt across the border in neighboring India.The quake – initially recorded at magnitude 7.8 – hit 145 miles southeast of Dalbandin, in the remote province of Balochistan.
