Teen drinking, smoking at lowest point in 30 years

Although a Monitoring the Future survey found declining use of alcohol and cigarettes among teens, it said marijuana use is growing.Fewer teens drink and smoke cigarettes than in any time in the past 30 years, health experts said Wednesday. But marijuana use represents a growing problem.
