Fukushima radiation could be ocean risk

DAVIS, Calif., Jan. 26 (UPI) -- Seawater used to cool nuclear fuel at Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant after the 2011 tsunami could have corroded the fuel and spread radiation, scientists say.
