New 'Super Earth' Exoplanets Spotted Around Nearby Star

The newfound exoplanets, known as HD 7924c and HD 7924d, are "super Earths" with masses 7.9 and 6.4 times greater than that of Earth, researchers said. They orbit the star HD 7924, which lies just 54 light-years from the sun.
