Nebula's Super-Heated Red Glow Radiates In New Image

Europe's Very Large Telescope captured one of the clearest views of the Omega Nebula to date. Extreme ultraviolet rays conjured from hot young stars illuminate hydrogen gas giving the nebula its stunning deep color.
