Schumer: Unlikely Gorsuch Will Reach 60 Votes

In an exclusive interview on 'Meet the Press,' Democratic Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said that 'it looks like Gorsuch will not reach the 60-vote margin' needed to overcome a filibuster. Meanwhile, as the Senate considers changing the rules so only a 'simple majority' is needed for Supreme Court nominees, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell told moderator Chuck Todd, 'What I can tell you is Neil Gorsuch will be confirmed this week ... how that happens will depend on our Democratic friends.'
