Senate Democrats have voted to filibuster Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch, blocking his nomination from a final confirmation vote. The move sets up an expected rules change later today by Republicans - the so-called 'nuclear option' - that would eliminate filibusters for Supreme Court nominees and allow Gorsuch to be confirmed on Friday with a simple majority of 51 votes.
