Hubble Spies Mars Days Before Closest Approach In Over A Decade | Video

The Hubble Space Telescope captured imagery of the Red Planet on May 12, 2016. It will be at opposition to Earth on May 22, 2016 (Mars and Sun at exact opposite sides of Earth) and closest approach on May 30th at a distance of 46.8 million miles.
