Honeybees' pesticide resistance studied

CHAMPAIGN, Ill., July 20 (UPI) -- Honeybees use enzymes to detoxify pesticides used to kill mites in a hive, allowing the bees to tolerate exposure to deadly compounds, U.S. researchers say.
