You Can Name a Mars Crater, but Astronomy Group Spoils the Fun

The IAU, the authority that assigns "official" names for all celestial bodies and surface features, will not legitimize any purchased names for cosmic objects and their features, including Martian craters, IAU officials announced today (March 11).
