A rocket blasted 29 satellites into orbit Tuesday in a record-setting night launch that lit up the sky across the East Coast. The ORS-3 mission lifted off atop a Minotaur 1 rocket at 8:15 p.m. EST from NASA's Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia.
