To save an entire species, all you need is $1. 3 million a year

How much would you pay to save a species from becoming extinct? A thousand dollars, a 1 million or $10 million or more? A new study shows that a subset of species – in this case 841 to be exact – can be saved from extinction for about $1.3 million per species per year.
