Cholesterol-lowering drug shrinks enlarged prostates in hamster model

A cholesterol-lowering drug reduced the enlarged prostates of hamsters to the same extent as a drug commonly used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), report researchers. Together, the drugs worked even better.
