Gazprom Neft gives Russian services company a leg up

Daniel J. GraeberMOSCOW, May 21 (UPI) -- Gazprom Neft, the oil arm of gas giant Gazprom, said Wednesday it signed an agreement with Eurasia Drilling Co. for onshore and offshore work in Russia.
