I think that the time has come for us to revise our idea of exactly what equilibrium is. Now in a previous article I described the equilibrium of planets. But that was merely a delineation. We have to expand our idea of equilibrium but in a way that is quantifiable. So how do we do this? Well not very easily, I confess.
