Two new species of mushroom found in the Iberian Peninsula, Spain

Biologists have documented two new species of Hydnum, commonly known as ox tongue mushrooms, as part of a new study. The two mushroom species belong to the Hydnum genus, a type of fungus commonly used in cooking.
