New Study Examines "Hookup Culture" In Awkward, Clinical Way

Hardly Anyone Has The Hook-Up via BlackEnterprise A new study from The Miriam Hospital's Centers for Behavioral and Preventive Medicine takes a look at the noted alarmist old-people concept "hookup culture," which seems to mean "non-romantic sexual encounters" and which is obviously eroding the very foundation of America. The study surveyed 483 first-year female college students and found that old America's feverish imagination of wild college days is pretty much unfounded--"romantic sex with a boyfriend or relationship partner was found to be twice as common as hookup sex," says the study.
