Scientists dip toes into an old alcohol myth

For a British medical journal's holiday issue, they determine that immersing the feet in vodka does not lead to intoxication. Other studies look at fondue digestion and the link between surgery and Ikea pencils.It's not unusual to hear about someone figuratively jumping into their work with both feet. Dr. Peter Lommer Kristensen did it literally.
