FDA warns medical practices about Botox from Canadian supplier

The FDA says it has not approved batches of Botox shipped by suppliers owned by Canada Drugs and it cannot assure their effectiveness or their safety.Federal regulators have warned more than 350 medical practices that Botox they may have received from a Canadian supplier is unapproved and could be counterfeit or unsafe.
