Kimberly Saenz, 35, is accused of injecting 10 patients with bleach, killing five, at a dialysis clinic in Lufkin. She has been the focus of an investigation at the clinic since last year. A former nurse has been charged with injecting 10 patients with bleach, killing five of them, at a Texas dialysis clinic that temporarily closed last year after deaths mysteriously spiked.
