Former Google VP Megan Smith on biases in tech industry

For safety reasons, Google CEO Sundar Pichai canceled a meeting meant to address a controversial memo. The 10-page document written by former employee James Damore criticized the tech giant's diversity initiatives. Pichai said the company needs to "step back and create a better set of conditions for us to have the discussion." Megan Smith, former vice president at Google and U.S. chief technology officer under President Obama, joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss discrimination in the tech industry.
