Western leaders blame climate change as wildfires burn 4.6 million acres

Oregon Gov. Kate Brown, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti declared Sunday that climate change has contributed to the wildfires that have burned 4.6 million acres in the western United States.
