Elizabeth ShimTOKYO, Sept. 7 (UPI) -- Shinzo Abe was reselected as the president of Japan's ruling party on Tuesday, making him an unopposed candidate and potentially the third-longest serving prime minister since World War II – if he stays in office until 2018.
