Tomas MonzonN'DJAMENA, Chad, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- The leader of the Boko Haram Islamist group in Nigeria, Abubakar Shekau, was replaced by another Boko Haram deputy who seeks peace talks, Chad's president says.
