Tall prairie grass helps airports keep birds from runway

Brooks HaysDAYTON, Ohio, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Some 300 acres surrounding the runways at Dayton International Airport are being planted with prairie grass as a way to deter deadly bird strikes.
