Natural oil seeps threaten Calif. seabirds

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., March 7 (UPI) -- Naturally seeping oil off the Southern California coast is taking a toll on seabirds, with dozens ending up coated in crude oil and tar, wildlife officials say.
