Sofia rejects bid to scrap oil pipeline

SOFIA, Bulgaria, April 21 (UPI) -- A petition to pull out of plans for the Burgas-Alexandroupolis oil pipeline was rejected because it would've broken an international agreement, Bulgaria said.
