BAGHDAD, Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Iraq holds more than 140 billion barrels of extractable oil, an increase of about 25 percent, the country's oil minister announced Monday. Iraq - Oil reserves - Middle East - Hussain al-Shahristani - OPEC
