BAGHDAD, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- A bilateral deal between Iraq and Turkey on an oil pipeline is a sign that energy ties between the two countries are expanding, a Turkish minister said. Iraq - Turkey - Middle East - Pipeline transport - Warfare and Conflict
