Russian Military Satellite Suffers Launch Failure, Will Crash Soon

The Kanopus-ST remote-sensing satellite failed to separate from the upper stage of its Soyuz rocket as planned during Saturday's liftoff from Plesetsk cosmodrome in northwestern Russia, according to Russia's TASS news agency.
