SpaceX Falcon 9 Rocket Launches Turkmenistan's First-Ever Satellite

The Falcon 9 blasted off from Florida's Cape Canaveral Air Force Station at 7:03 p.m. EDT (2303 GMT). The two-stage rocket carried aloft the TurkmenÄlem52E/MonacoSat communications satellite, which will be operated by the government of Turkmenistan.
