Despite the medications I am taking, I am in the latter stages of a hypo-manic phase, which started last Friday. This makes it impossible for me to write a long article since my thoughts are going a mile a second. Combined with the intrusive and disturbing thoughts of my obsessive/compulsive disorder (OCD), over which I have very little control; no medication or combinations of medications has proven effective against the very severe and highly treatment resistant form of OCD which I've been battling since age seven. My mind is too chaotic right now to write anything longer than a short blog such as this. read more
