(PhysOrg.com) -- Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), an emerging psychological treatment which focuses on targeting negative thinking and behaviour, is the subject of new research at the Universities of Bristol and Exeter into ways to prevent relapse of depression without prescription drugs.
