Hurricane Dolly may have shrunk Gulf 'dead zone'

(AP) -- The oxygen-starved "dead zone" that forms every summer in the Gulf of Mexico is a bit smaller than predicted this year because Hurricane Dolly stirred up the water, a scientist reported Monday.
