Get ready to see the latest on a new breed of cattle, courtesy of research by scientists at the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences. The Ona White Angus was developed over two decades of cross-breeding various phenotypes, said John Arthington, director of the UF/IFAS Range Cattle Research and Education Center.
