Study casts doubt on prenatal fish oil

The supplements have been hyped as preventing postpartum depression and enhancing babies' cognitive development. A study finds they do neither. Claims touting a component of fish oil as a mood enhancer and a spur to infant brain development may be a bit fishy, a new study suggests.
