Spending may trip up 'don't ask' repeal

The House bill overturning 'don't ask, don't tell' also contains a Defense spending amendment that may prompt a White House veto. The bill repealing the ban on gays serving openly in the military could present the Obama administration with a problem: It also contains money for projects the Pentagon considers wasteful.
