Orange County restores Planned Parenthood sex ed funding

But Orange County supervisors also plan to limit future clinic funding to actual healthcare, not education, as well as prohibit services from being provided where abortions are performed. Orange County supervisors agreed Tuesday to restore funding to Planned Parenthood for sex education while at the same time adopting new policies to restrict funds for health education programs in the future.
