Tired of the endless cycle of deprivation and overeating? Feel anxious and guilty about your eating? Harvard University Health Services’ Intuitive Eating Seminar, led by registered dietitian and licensed nutritionist Michelle P. Gallant, can help you find a balance between eating what you want and eating for health in a way that is sustainable and life affirming. The class, held each Wednesday from Sept. 21 to Nov. 9, costs $75 for students and $150 for others with valid Harvard ID. The fee includes a copy of the book “Intuitive Eating” by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. To register, send your name and phone number to nutrition@uhs.harvard.edu. There is a brief preseminar assessment.
