Why Priscilla Chan wants to teach inmates how to code

An innovative computer coding program is part of the effort to break the cycle of mass incarceration in the U.S. Priscilla Chan, the co-founder of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and wife of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, is helping to create opportunities for females inmates in Oklahoma. The Oklahoma female incarceration rate is more than double the national average. Only on "CBS This Morning," Pricilla Chan takes Norah O'Donnell and her team inside a medium-security prison in McLoud, Oklahoma.
