Alberta pulling out of federal climate change plan until pipeline construction resumes

The Federal Court of Appeal's decision to quash approvals to build the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion has prompted Alberta Premier Rachel Notley to announce that she will pull her province out of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's national climate change plan until construction gets back on track.
