Can a Twitter taunt bot defeat the trolls and save political discourse?

This week marked the third and final US Presidential debate and the online discourse around it wasn't a lot better than the first two. Nora Reed wants to change that with two Twitter bots which do nothing but engage people looking for partisan fights. The hope is the trolls will tire themselves out and leave everyone else alone.
