MacBook Retina a stunning improvement in laptop technology

CBC News got exclusive use of the new MacBook Pro with Retina display, Apple's next-generation laptop, which boasts a resolution of five million pixels -- or three million more than an HDTV. As Peter Nowak discovers, the resolution and video processing is impressive, although the price is a little steep.
