Health Canada approves drug for some breast cancers

Canadians with a certain form of breast cancer may be prescribed Avastin, an expensive cancer drug in combination with chemotherapy. The drug's manufacturer said Wednesday that Health Canada has approved the use of the drug for treating metastic breast cancer.
