Delay 'conceivable' in case of girl buried without brain: Ont. coroner

Health officials are obliged to "make reasonable" efforts to inform living relatives when an organ has been removed during an autopsy, but sometimes it doesn't happen before the body is returned for burial, according to an Ontario coroner.
